The First Degree is the beginning of your journey into the Usui Reiki system. This gentle hands-on healing training will prepare you to be a completely competent practitioner. Our job is to relay the information and tools so you can feel confident and knowledgeable as well as have some hands-on experience. Our trainings follows the traditional ceremony of sacred attunements that has been handed down for many generations.
